We were invited to an architectural competition for two high-rise residential buildings in HafenCity Hamburg, as part of the revitalization of the city’s former port area. The proposal explores two distinctly different façade concepts while maintaining a consistent and efficient floor plan and internal organization across both buildings. The curved exterior walls and balconies are geometrically defined through a combination of straight segments and circular arcs, ensuring constructability through the use of standardized building components.
